Felt-Tip Pen Manufacturing Technology Applied
Unicosmo’s cosmetics containers/applicators are mostly based on the felt-tip pen manufacturing technology of Mitsubishi Pencil. A variety of containers are available that can handle very low to high viscosity formula.
Excellent Airtightness
Mitsubishi Pencil’s felt-tip pens and other writing instruments are carefully designed to ensure airtightness. The airtight design of resin barrel is applied in Unicosmo’s cosmetics containers, ensuring excellent airtightness.
Expertise in Writing Instrument Manufacturing Applied in the Applicator (Pen-Point) Mechanism
The development of the applicator (pen-point) mechanism is based on Mitsubishi Pencil’s extensive knowledge acquired in developing writing instruments, such as felt-tip, brush and ballpoint pens.
Formula Development
Unicosmo develops formula, called bulk, to be placed in pen-type containers by applying Mitsubishi Pencil’s accumulated manufacturing technologies for pencil lead, paints and ink for ballpoint and felt-tip pens.
