Products that are only available for complete delivery are “eyeliners/eyebrow pens” and “gray hair root retouch,” and the containers only cannot be provided for these.

We have experience with kneading resin, silk printing, hot stamping, transfer films, coating, and labeling, etc.

Additionally, we stipulate the product specifications, and conduct tests to confirm that the products comply with the specified quality standards before delivery.
We request that our clients make the final decision on whether the products satisfy their safety standards or not.

We are licensed in the manufacturing and sales of cosmetics, and dedicatedly operate as an OEM for cosmetics.
Other services (development, sales, etc.) are handled by Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd.
